806-941 MHz Stubby Antenna Pack

This pack contains two stubby antennas covering the 806-941 MHz band for Motorola handheld two-way radios. Each antenna uses an SF type connector and is individually tested for compatibility. The antennas suit professional and ham radio users needing compact replacements. They are supplied new in a pack of two.

SF Connector and Tested Pair

The SF connector ensures a direct fit on listed Motorola models without adapters. Receiving two antennas provides a spare or a second unit for multi-radio teams. Individual testing by the manufacturer aims to confirm proper frequency response on each unit. No additional software or mounting hardware is included.

806-941 MHz Frequency Coverage

The single specification that decides fit is the 806-941 MHz operating range matched to your radio's programmed frequencies. Radios operating outside this band will not work correctly with these antennas. Buyers needing VHF, UHF or other bands must choose a different antenna. Compatibility lists are provided but final verification rests on the radio's own frequency settings.

Questions about this item

Does the stubby design put extra stress on the SF connector so it might need replacing?

The SF connector is a standard Motorola interface used on models such as the XTS2500, XTS3000 and MTX838; normal insertions will not accelerate wear.

What limits continuous transmit time on these 806-941 MHz antennas?

The antenna itself has no duty-cycle limit; any restriction comes from the radio's own thermal protection.

Will the antenna get hot or draw more power when the radio runs all day?

The antenna is passive and produces no heat or power draw; only the radio generates warmth during extended use.
