Five-Pack Acoustic Tubes

This five-pack supplies replacement acoustic tubes and earbuds for two-way radio headsets used in marine, security and event environments. Each tube is made from soft PU material designed for extended comfort during long watches or shifts. The quick connector inserts with a simple rotate motion so swaps can be done without tools. Clear audio reproduction is maintained even in high-noise settings such as engine rooms or crowded decks.

Upgrading Worn Coil Tubes

The kit replaces stretched, cracked or hygiene-compromised coil tubes that degrade audio clarity and comfort over time. It is worth fitting when existing tubes show discolouration, loss of flexibility or when a fresh set is required for new team members. The pack covers five headsets, making it economical for crew rotations or multi-radio fleets. Users who need in-line PTT modules or Bluetooth adapters will not find those functions in this kit.

Quick-Connect Installation

Installation consists of removing the old tube, inserting the new connector and rotating until it locks; no soldering or special tools are required. The included spare earbuds allow immediate replacement of worn tips for a proper seal. A common issue is cross-threading the connector if rotated too forcefully, which can damage the radio jack. Ensuring the tube sits flush before tightening avoids intermittent audio or microphone failure.
