Skin-Coloured Silicone Earpieces for Two-Way Radio

This pair of left-ear earmolds is made from skin-coloured silicone that stays soft and keeps its shape through long shifts. The material stretches without tearing, so insertion is gentle and the plugs do not fade with daily use. They suit professionals who need reliable, comfortable audio accessories for extended periods.

All-Day Comfort with Ambient Awareness

The open design leaves the ear canal unblocked, letting you hear radio transmissions and surrounding sounds at the same time. Users report no discomfort after hours of continuous wear, and the ergonomic shape resists falling out during exercise, running or sudden head movements. Noise and heat buildup are minimal because nothing seals the ear.

Upgrade from Generic Foam or Hard Plastic Tips

These silicone moulds replace disposable foam tips that degrade quickly or rigid plastic buds that cause pressure points. The jump is worth it when you need a durable, washable set that stays secure during active duties such as security patrols, surveillance or outdoor sports. They do not suit buyers who require right-ear fit or a sealed noise-isolating design.

Questions about this item

How do I fit the left-ear silicone earpiece onto my two-way radio and what step is often missed?

Slide the earpiece onto the radio's earphone nozzle until it seats firmly; the step often missed is checking that the sound port lines up with the nozzle opening so audio is not muffled.

What maintenance will these medium soft silicone earpieces need over time?

Wipe them with a damp cloth after each shift and inspect the 39 mm sound tube for wax buildup; replace the pair when the silicone loses elasticity or the tube cracks.

What comfort limit appears first during an all-day surveillance shift?

The left-ear fit pressure on the concha becomes noticeable before the material fatigues, especially if the earpiece is not rotated slightly during breaks.
