Foldable CS Tactical Antenna

The usbroway foldable CS tactical antenna covers VHF and UHF from 136-520MHz with 3.5dBi gain and 50 ohm impedance. It connects via an SMA female connector and handles up to 8W input power. The 18.5 inch length folds for compact carry with handheld radios.

18.5 inch length and 3.5dBi gain

At 47cm extended the antenna provides omni-directional coverage across the full 136-520MHz range. The 3.5dBi gain improves receive sensitivity and transmit reach for typical handheld power levels. Performance drops when the antenna is folded or when operating near the 8W power limit.

SMA female fit for Kenwood Baofeng Wouxun

The SMA female base mates directly with Baofeng UV-5R, BF-F8HP, UV-82 and Kenwood TK-208, TK-240, TK-340 series handhelds. It also fits Wouxun KG-659, KG-669 and Linton LT-2288 models. No adapter is required, freeing a spare SMA male pigtail for other accessories.

Yes, the SMA Female connector matches the Kenwood TK-208 and the 136-520MHz range covers the radio's operating frequencies.

How can I confirm the 3.5dBi gain is performing correctly after I attach it?

Compare received signal strength and transmit audio reports against your previous antenna on the same channels; a noticeable improvement indicates the gain is working.

Does the package include any adapters or mounting hardware for the foldable CS tactical antenna?

The package contains only the 1 x Foldable CS Tactical Antenna; no adapters or extra mounting hardware are included.
