Aluminium 10-plate windscreen for backpacking stoves

This aluminium windscreen uses ten hinged plates to shield a backpacking stove from crosswinds. It folds flat and weighs 0.6 pounds, making it light enough for extended treks. The panels open to surround butane, alcohol or multi-fuel burners without blocking airflow. A compact carry case is included for pack organisation.

Hinged plates wrap around the burner for stable

Each plate pivots so the screen conforms to different stove diameters and uneven ground. The aluminium construction resists heat and dents from daily camp use. Packed dimensions stay small enough to slip into a side pocket or cook-pot nest. Wind protection reduces fuel consumption and boil times in exposed conditions.
