Acoustic tube earpiece with in-line PTT microphone enables hands-free, covert two-way radio communication for Kenwood-compatible 2-pin devices
The usbroway K-STORM is a surveillance-style earpiece with an in-line push-to-talk microphone built for 2-pin Kenwood two-way radios. It enables discreet, hands-free communication for security, event or marine users who need to keep both hands on task. The acoustic tube routes audio directly to a soft silicone earbud that sits comfortably for extended wear. Durable PU cable construction resists daily bending and pulling.
This headset works with radios using the standard Kenwood 2-pin connector, covering Kenwood, Puxing, Wouxun and Baofeng models. It is not compatible with Motorola or Midland radios, so owners of those brands must choose a different connector type. The oversized PTT button remains easy to locate and press even while wearing gloves. Users needing a different pin layout should verify their radio before ordering.
The package includes the acoustic tube earpiece with integrated microphone and push-to-talk switch. A soft silicone ear tip provides a secure, low-fatigue fit inside the ear canal. The large PTT actuator allows reliable operation with gloved hands in cold or wet conditions. No additional adapters, software or accessories are supplied in the box.
