An LED indicator shows charging status while built-in protection guards against over-current, over-voltage and short circuits. The unit is tested to match original charger function.

Suits Kenwood Li-ion users; not for Ni-Cd or Ni-Mh

This charger suits owners of compatible Kenwood models including the TK-3400, TK-2400, TK-3200L, NX-240 and NX-340 who need a replacement or spare rapid charger for Li-ion packs. It will not charge Ni-Cd or Ni-Mh battery types, so users with those chemistries should look at a different charger.
