Compact 65% Layout for Gamers and Typists

The Nimbleback NB682 PRO is a 65% mechanical keyboard with 68 keys, aimed at users who want a smaller footprint without losing dedicated arrow and navigation keys. It suits gamers and typists who prefer a clutter-free desk and a portable form factor. The hot-swap PCB lets owners change 3-pin or 5-pin MX-style switches without soldering. Buyers needing a full numpad or macro column will need a larger board.

Triple Connectivity and Built-In Controls

Connect via Bluetooth, 2.4 GHz wireless or USB-C wired to match the device and situation. A multifunction display shows GIFs, time, battery level and CPU status while letting you switch WIN/MAC layouts and lighting settings. A rotary knob adjusts volume, brightness, RGB mode and layout with a turn or press. No separate receiver or software install is required for basic operation.

Five-Layer Damping for Quiet Operation

Five internal layers — four dampening mats plus a PET sound-enhancement film — reduce hollow resonance and cavity noise for a smoother, quieter keystroke. MDA-profile oil-resistant PBT keycaps add a comfortable, durable surface that resists shine. The linear switches and padded structure keep typing sound low during extended sessions. Power draw is minimal in wireless modes, preserving battery life.

Questions about this item

How long does the battery last when the display screen and RGB lighting stay on during all-day wireless use?

The keyboard runs on a built-in rechargeable cell and shows remaining charge on the compact screen; heavy RGB and GIF use will drain it faster than basic typing, so expect to recharge every few days under continuous wireless operation.

Does the five-layer dampening and PET film keep the board quiet enough for open-plan offices when typing all day?

Four dampening mats plus a PET sound-enhancement film absorb hollow resonance, and the MDA-profile oil-resistant PBT keycaps add a muted thock, making sustained sessions noticeably quieter than standard mechanical boards.

Do I need a Windows PC to configure the hot-swap switches, RGB modes and screen widgets, or does the software run on macOS too?

The companion software supports both Windows and macOS, letting you remap keys, tweak per-key RGB, upload GIFs to the display and adjust knob behaviour regardless of which OS you use daily.
