Desktop charger pair for UV-82 radios

This two-pack provides desktop charging bases designed for the Baofeng UV-82 and UV-82L two-way radios. Each unit includes its own power adapter so both chargers can operate simultaneously. The package contains two charger bases and two adapters; batteries and radios are not included.

Simple drop-in placement with LED status

Installation only requires plugging each adapter into a mains socket and seating the radio in the cradle. A red LED indicates charging is in progress and a green LED shows the battery has reached full capacity. Misalignment in the cradle is the most common reason a unit fails to start charging.

Fixed-rate charging for compatible Baofeng packs

The chargers deliver a single fixed current suited to the standard battery packs used with the UV-82 series. They cannot fast-charge, cannot revive deeply discharged cells and will not charge other chemistries or radio models. Users needing simultaneous multi-bay charging or vehicle-powered operation will need different equipment.
