Four-pack acoustic tube earpieces for two-pin radios

This set contains four hands-free earpieces built for two-way radios that use a 3.5 mm upper pin and a 2.5 mm lower pin. The transparent acoustic tube keeps the cable discreet for security, event or hospitality teams. Each unit includes a spare earplug for quick replacement.

VOX hands-free operation across shift lengths

When the radio and earpiece VOX functions are both enabled, the microphone activates on voice alone so users can speak without pressing the push-to-talk button. The stretchable cable extends from 40 cm to 90 cm, letting the same earpiece fit team members of different heights during long shifts.

Straightforward two-pin connection with spare tips

The dual-pin plug seats directly into compatible radios including models RT19, RT21, RT22, RT27, RT28, RT68 and H-777 without adapters. A spare earplug is supplied in the pack so a worn or dirty tip can be swapped in seconds. Users needing a single-pin or multi-pin connector will need a different earpiece.

Questions about this item

Does the earpiece draw extra power or generate heat when the VOX function runs all day?

The earpiece is passive and draws no power of its own; VOX is handled entirely by the radio, so there is no additional heat or battery drain from the earpiece.

My radios use a 2-pin Kenwood-style connector — will the 3.5 mm upper pin and 2.5 mm lower pin fit without an adapter?

Yes, the earpiece uses the standard 3.5 mm and 2.5 mm two-pin layout that matches the RT22, RT21, H-777, RT68, RT19, RT27 and RT28 radios.

If I keep my older RT21 and RT22 handsets, will the stretchable cable reach comfortably for taller team members?

The cable stretches from 40 cm to 90 cm from PTT to earplug, so it accommodates different heights while working with both the RT21 and RT22.
