Questions about this item

Will the 240 V 1000 W rating work with my existing 240 V fixture and wiring?

Yes, the lamp is rated for 240 V and draws 1000 W, so it matches a 240 V supply and a fixture rated for at least 1000 W.

How can I confirm the 1000 W halogen heat lamp is operating correctly after installation?

The lamp reaches full output instantly; you should feel strong infrared warmth within seconds and see a steady glow along the 10 lighted length.

Does the package include mounting hardware or only the double-ended T3 quartz bulb?

Only the 12 long double-ended T3 quartz infrared heater bulb is supplied; any R7s holders, reflectors or lenses must be purchased separately.
