Ushio 12 V 50 W Halogen Projector Lamp

The Ushio BRL JC12V-50W/G6.35 is a 12 volt halogen bulb rated at 50 watts with a colour temperature of 3400 K. It uses a G6.35 two-pin base and a T-3.5 envelope measuring 44.0 mm long and 11.5 mm wide. The lamp is designed as a direct replacement for projectors and similar fixtures that require this specific ANSI-coded lamp.

Rated Output and Service Life

The lamp produces 1600 lumens from a CBar6 filament with a light centre length of 30.0 mm. Average life is rated at 50 hours under continuous operation, so it suits occasional projection sessions rather than daily extended use. Buyers needing longer intervals between replacements should note the limited 50-hour rating.

Compact Two-Pin Construction

The glass envelope is 1.732 inches long and 0.453 inches in diameter, fitting tight projector housings that accept a G6.35 base. The two-pin push-fit base allows tool-free installation when the fixture matches the 6.35 mm pin spacing. Fixtures with a different base type or voltage requirement will not accept this lamp.
