The Ushio CF26TE/841 is a 26 watt triple-tube fluorescent bulb built for commercial and residential fixtures that accept a GX24Q-3 four-pin base. It delivers 1800 lumens at a neutral 4100K colour temperature with a CRI of 82, making it suitable for offices, retail spaces and general area lighting where consistent colour rendering matters.

Four-pin dimming interface requires compatible

Dimming function depends entirely on the external electronic ballast installed in the luminaire; the lamp itself has no integrated driver. The GX24Q-3 base locks into matching sockets with a quarter-turn, but the physical length of 5.2 inches must clear the fixture housing. Without a dimming ballast rated for 26 watt triple-tube operation the lamp will run at full output only.

Direct replacement for 26 watt CFLs with same base

This unit replaces any 26 watt compact fluorescent carrying the GX24Q-3 designation, restoring 1800 lumen output and 10000 hour rated life. The upgrade is worthwhile when an existing lamp has dimmed significantly, flickers on start-up or shows end-of-life blackening at the tube ends.
