Compact Aluminum Radiator for Custom Loops

This 80 mm aluminum radiator uses eight parallel tubes to move heat from liquid into the air stream. It is sized for tight builds where a full-length radiator cannot fit, and the G1/4-inch threads accept standard water-cooling fittings. The black oxidation finish aids thermal transfer without adding bulk.

G1/4 Threads and 8-to-12 mm Tubing Support

Each end tank carries G1/4-inch ports so the unit connects directly to common compression or barb fittings. Inner-diameter compatibility spans 8 to 12 mm tubing, while the 9.5 mm outer-diameter reference matches popular soft-tube sizes. The package includes short 7 mm and long 31 mm mounting screws, but no pipe joints or other loop components are supplied.

Steady-State Heat Rejection in Confined Spaces

Eight tubes increase the internal flow area, letting coolant pass with low restriction during continuous circulation. Aluminum construction keeps weight at 106 g, reducing stress on mounting points during long sessions. The radiator is sold as a heat exchanger only; sustained performance depends on the pump, reservoir and airflow the builder provides around the 105 x 80 x 37 mm core.
