Wired presentation system for small rooms

The AV Access eShare C30 is a wired presentation system built for small and medium meeting rooms and huddle spaces. It connects to a room PC or laptop through USB-C or HDMI inputs. No software or driver is required for plug-and-play operation. The unit supports local presenting and remote conferencing in one device.

Auto-switching limited to two wired inputs

The built-in automatic switching detects a new source on either the HDMI or USB-C port and changes to that source without manual button presses. Only those two wired inputs are available for switching. Video passes through at up to 4K@60hz 4:4:4 resolution. The system has no wireless screen-mirroring capability.

Check for USB-C video and 4K@60hz 4:4:4 support

Verify that your laptop or room PC can output video over its USB-C port and can drive 4K@60hz 4:4:4 over HDMI or USB-C. The three USB 3.0 ports are intended for 4K webcams and speakerphones. Mounting brackets and self-drilling screws are included for under-table installation with lockable cables.

Questions about this item

Which input should I use for my laptop, the USB-C or the HDMI port on the eShare C30?

Either port works for a 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 signal; the system auto-switches to whichever source becomes active so you can connect the cable that matches your laptop.

What does 4K@60Hz 4:4:4 mean for my presentation on the eShare C30?

It delivers full-colour 4K resolution at 60 frames per second with no chroma subsampling, so text, spreadsheets and video all stay sharp on the room display.

How many USB 3.0 peripherals can I connect to the eShare C30 at once?

Three high-speed USB 3.0 ports are built in, letting you run a 4K webcam, speakerphone and another device simultaneously for hybrid meetings.
