Farmhouse Style 52 Inch Ceiling Fan

This 52 inch ceiling fan combines farmhouse styling with a dual-finish reversible blade design. The Alabaster Swirl glass shade adds warm ambient lighting to bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and covered patios. A handheld remote controls all functions from across the room. The unit ships new with a 4.5 inch downrod included.

5154 CFM Airflow with Six Speed DC Motor

The DC motor delivers up to 5154 CFM of airflow across six speed settings while using up to 65 percent less power than AC alternatives. Reversible rotation supports summer cooling and winter heat circulation. A 12 degree blade pitch and 54 airflow efficiency rating provide strong air movement. The motor runs quietly at all speeds.

Dual Length Downrods for Flexible Mounting

Two downrods measuring 6 inches and 10 inches accommodate different ceiling heights and a 15 degree slope ceiling. The fan replaces older fixtures that lack integrated lighting, remote control or reversible airflow. The upgrade is worthwhile when energy savings, quiet operation and year-round comfort are priorities.

Questions about this item

Will the 4.5" downrod work with my existing angled ceiling bracket?

The fan mounts via downrod only and accepts a ceiling slope up to 15 degrees; the included 4.5" downrod is the shortest supplied.

How do I verify the DC motor is running correctly after installation?

Use the remote to cycle through all six speeds — the motor should run quietly in each direction with no wobble at the 52" blade span.

Does the box include both hanging rods or just the short one?

Two downrods are included — 6 inches and 10 inches — plus the alabaster swirl glass shade, remote control and mounting hardware.
