Product identity

This 1/2 inch FNPT red brass tee is a Class 125 pipe fitting designed for plumbing installations that require a branch connection. It suits installers working with threaded pipe to ANSI B 1.20.1 and ASME B 16.15 standards.

Sustained pressure performance

The fitting is rated for a maximum pressure of 125 psi and a temperature range from -20 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, allowing continuous service within those limits. Red brass construction to ASTM B584 provides corrosion resistance for the expected operating envelope.

Installation practicalities

Threaded FNPT ends allow assembly with standard pipe thread sealant or tape without specialised tools. The Proposition 65 notice indicates the alloy contains a listed chemical, so installers should follow local handling and disposal guidelines.
