Single-Channel Cable Ramp for Heavy Loads

This 48-inch aluminum ramp provides one serrated channel that protects cables and hoses up to 3/4 inch in diameter. It supports a 10,000-pound axle load, making it suitable for industrial and construction sites where vehicles cross temporary wiring.

Lay-Under Design Limits Use to Straight Runs

The drop-over style requires the cable to be laid in place before the ramp is positioned over it, so it cannot accommodate feeds that must be inserted from the side. Its fixed 3/4-inch channel height also excludes thicker hoses or bundled conductors that exceed that diameter.

Replaces Improvised Boards or Light-Duty Covers

Builders currently using plywood sheets or plastic duct covers gain a rigid, serrated surface that resists shifting under heavy equipment. The upgrade is worth it when repeated vehicle traffic would crush lighter protection or create tripping hazards.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the single-channel 48 in ramp or a multi-channel version?

This model has one channel 2 5/8 in wide and 3/4 in high, so select it when you only need to protect one cable or hose up to 3/4 in diameter.

What does the 10,000 lb axle rating mean when the ramp is on the ground?

It means each axle rolling over the serrated aluminum surface can weigh up to 10,000 lb without crushing the 3/4 in high channel.

How does the drop-over style affect the way cables are installed?

Cables are simply laid under the ramp; no lids or fasteners are required, so installation takes seconds.
