12x12 ft Leak Diverter Tarp

This polyethylene leak diverter tarp measures 12 by 12 feet and collects overhead drips before they reach equipment or inventory. Bungee cords, hooks, drawstrings and straps provide multiple attachment options for rapid deployment. The black and silver construction resists moisture and directs liquid toward a central drain point. It arrives new and ready for immediate use in maintenance or emergency scenarios.

Suited for facilities managing active roof leaks

Maintenance teams needing a reusable, large-area catchment that installs without tools will benefit from the integrated tie-down points. Sites requiring a plumbed connection should note that no hose is included with this model. Operations that need a fire-retardant rating or a different footprint must evaluate alternative specifications.

Polyethylene material with bungee cord mounting

The tarp uses polyethylene sheeting to channel water across its 12 ft span toward the centre. Mounting relies on the supplied bungee cords, hooks, drawstrings and straps rather than grommets alone. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the product contains a chemical known to the state to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the bungee cords with hooks and drawstrings to hang the 12x12 ft diverter tarp?

Loop each bungee cord around a secure overhead anchor point, clip the hook back onto the cord, then tighten the drawstring at each corner grommet to remove sag and centre the drain fitting.

What part of the polyethylene tarp will need replacement first?

The polyethylene sheet itself degrades under UV exposure; plan to replace the entire tarp once the material becomes brittle or develops pinholes.

What limits how long the diverter can handle a continuous leak?

The single drain fitting and lack of an included hose mean overflow occurs once the catch volume exceeds the fitting's flow rate.
