Industrial Pressure Gauge 0–100 psi
This industrial pressure gauge measures from zero to one hundred psi with a four-and-a-half-inch dial. The case is stainless steel and the lens is acrylic. It uses a copper-alloy sensor and a copper-alloy HPb59-1 socket. The bottom-mounted male connection is a quarter-inch NPT thread. Accuracy is stated as plus or minus one percent of full scale.
Suited for non-explosive fluids without corrosion
The gauge works with non-explosive gases or liquids that do not crystallise or attack copper alloy. It carries no IP or NEMA rating and no hazardous-location rating, so it is not for wet, dusty or classified areas. Buyers who need a sealed or explosion-proof instrument should look elsewhere. The product also carries a California Proposition 65 warning for cancer and reproductive-harm chemicals.
Bottom-entry quarter-inch NPT for panel
The male quarter-inch NPT thread at the bottom lets the gauge thread directly into a port or pipe fitting. Stainless-steel case construction resists general workshop wear while the acrylic lens protects the dial. No external power or signal wiring is required because the movement is purely mechanical. The gauge frees up panel space by mounting inline with the process line.

Questions about this item
What process connection does the 1/4 in NPT gauge need on my system?
The gauge has a male 1/4 in NPT bottom connection, so your pipe or fitting must provide a matching female NPT thread.
Will the copper-alloy sensor and socket withstand the non-corrosive gas I already run through older brass fittings?
The sensor and socket are copper alloy HPb59-1, compatible with non-explosive gas or liquid that does not crystallize or corrode copper alloy.
How do I verify the +/- 1.0 percent accuracy after I install the gauge?
Apply a known reference pressure within the 0 to 100 psi range and confirm the pointer reads within 1.0 percent of that value.
