A copper compression lug for 4 AWG wire with a 1/4 inch stud and long barrel, UL listed and CSA certified
This copper lug accepts a single 4 AWG stranded copper conductor with a 1/4 inch stud hole. The seamless barrel design and long barrel length provide a reliable crimp termination for power distribution and grounding tasks. It is rated for 600 V AC and a maximum operating temperature of 300 degrees F.
The seamless construction eliminates a potential split path under high current or vibration. A gray color code and die code 29 identify the correct crimp tool setting for a consistent connection. The straight tongue with a 0.52 inch width fits standard 1/4 inch studs on bus bars or terminal blocks.
This lug carries both CSA certification and UL listing, meeting requirements for electrical inspections in commercial and residential installations. It replaces older two-hole lugs where only a single mounting point is available or where panel space is limited. The jump is worth it when a seamless, inspected crimp is specified over a mechanical set-screw connector.

The lug is UL Listed and CSA Certified for circuits up to 600 V AC, so it can be used on any copper conductor within that voltage limit.
It requires a 1/4 in stud and has a tongue width of 0.52 in for a single-hole connection.
Strip the conductor, insert fully into the seamless barrel, then compress with a die code 29 tool; the step often missed is verifying full insertion before crimping.
