The decisive specification is the 400 lb maximum load capacity which determines if this pulley matches your application requirements. Verify that your intended load does not exceed this rating before purchase. California Proposition 65 warnings apply regarding chemical exposure.

Questions about this item

What is the maximum load this double pulley can handle before it reaches its limit?

The double pulley is rated for a maximum load capacity of 400 lb.

Does the zinc finish or the sheave design produce noticeable noise or heat during continuous operation?

The pulley uses a simple zinc-finished sheave with no bearings, so it runs quietly and generates no measurable heat under normal use.

What diameter of rope must I already have to use this pulley correctly?

The pulley is designed for a 3/8 in rope diameter, so you will need rope of that size for proper fit.
