1/4 in Nickel-Plated Brass Ball Valve

This 1/4 in nominal valve is a manual two-way ball valve built from nickel-plated brass with a chrome-plated brass ball. It suits lines carrying air, steam or water at up to 900 psi operating pressure and 150 psi steam pressure. The full-port design maintains flow without restriction.

FNPT x MNPT straight inline connections

The valve has female NPT on one end and male NPT on the other in a straight body style, so it threads directly into existing pipework without extra fittings. The non-locking handle operates with a quarter turn; take care not to over-tighten the threads, which can strip the brass or crack the body.

Check media compatibility and pressure rating

Verify that the system pressure stays below 900 psi for liquids and 150 psi for steam, and that vacuum does not exceed 29 in Hg.
