What this tarp is and who needs it
This heavy-duty polyethylene tarp measures 9 ft 6 in by 11 ft 4 in finished size and is built for outdoor protection. The silver colour reflects sunlight while the 10.5 mil thickness and rope-reinforced, heat-sealed edges resist tearing and mildew. It suits homeowners, contractors and campers who need a waterproof cover for equipment, firewood or temporary shelter.
The specification that decides fit
The finished dimensions of 9 ft 6 in by 11 ft 4 in determine whether this tarp covers your load or area. Aluminium grommets spaced every 18 in provide tie-down points, but the cut size is 10 x 12 ft so the finished sheet is smaller. Check your coverage needs against the finished measurements before ordering.
Who this suits and who should look elsewhere
Buyers needing a waterproof, UV-resistant sheet with reinforced edges for general outdoor use will find this tarp suitable. It is not breathable, so it traps moisture underneath and is unsuited for covering living plants or ventilated storage. The fabric weight is 5.4 oz per square yard, so users wanting a lighter dust sheet or a high-visibility safety tarp should consider other options.

Questions about this item
How much actual coverage does the 9 ft 6 in by 11 ft 4 in finished size give me?
The finished dimensions are 9 ft 6 in wide by 11 ft 4 in long, which is about 6 inches shorter on each side than the 10 x 12 ft cut size due to the heat-sealed hems.
What does the 10.5 mil thickness tell me about the tarp's durability?
At 10.5 mil thick with a 5.4 oz/sq yd polyethylene fabric, it is rated heavy duty and provides tear-resistant, mildew-resistant, UV-resistant and waterproof performance.
How far apart are the aluminium grommets spaced for tie-downs?
The aluminium grommets are placed every 18 inches along the reinforced edges, giving multiple attachment points for ropes or bungee cords.
