Fire-Retardant Leak Diverter Tarp
This 5 by 5 foot polyethylene tarp is designed to catch and redirect water from ceiling leaks. The material meets fire-retardant standards for safer use in commercial or industrial buildings. Integrated bungee cords, hooks, drawstrings and straps provide multiple mounting options. It ships without a drainage hose included.
Suited for Facilities Maintenance Teams
Maintenance staff can deploy this diverter quickly under roof leaks, HVAC condensation or sprinkler drips. The white polyethylene surface resists mould and is simple to wipe clean. Buyers who need a built-in hose connection for permanent drainage should look at a different model. It is also not intended as a long-term roof covering or heavy-duty ground sheet.
Fire-Retardant Polyethylene Material
The tarp uses a polyethylene fabric treated to meet fire-retardant requirements. This specification determines whether the product complies with local building codes for temporary indoor use. California Proposition 65 warnings apply because the material contains listed chemicals. Verify code acceptance before installation.
