Standard Duty Vinyl Tarp

This standard duty tarp uses vinyl material in a black and green colourway. Finished dimensions are 5 ft 6 in by 7 ft 6 in with a thickness of 15 mil. Brass grommets are spaced every 24 inches along rope reinforced edges.

Suits temporary cover needs

The tarp handles waterproof protection and resists mildew, tears and UV exposure. Buyers who need breathable fabric or high visibility colours should look elsewhere. It is not insulated and carries Proposition 65 warnings for cancer and reproductive harm.

Simple grommet installation

Rope reinforced hems and single stitching keep edges intact during tie down use. Brass grommets accept rope or bungee cords at regular intervals. Ensure the cut size of 6 x 8 ft matches your coverage area before securing.

Questions about this item

What rope-reinforced edge spacing matches the brass grommets on this 15 mil tarp?

The brass grommets are spaced every 24 inches along the rope-reinforced hem, so tie-downs or bungees should align to that interval.

Will the 13 oz/sq yd vinyl material stay flexible when used with older steel pipe frames in cold weather?

The standard-duty vinyl remains pliable in low temperatures and resists mildew, so it works with existing metal frames without stiffening or cracking.

How can I confirm the finished dimensions are 5 ft 6 in by 7 ft 6 in after the single-stitched seams shrink the cut size?

Measure corner to corner across the finished hem; the rope-reinforced edge should read 5 ft 6 in wide by 7 ft 6 in long.
