Real Preserved Boxwood Monogram

The Vandue Corporation Modern Home letter is a 12 inch tall decorative initial made from genuine preserved boxwood foliage. It is suited for anyone wanting a natural botanical accent on a front door, interior wall or covered patio area. The piece arrives ready to hang with an attached rustic twine loop.

Installation Simplicity And Common Issues

Hanging the wreath letter requires only a single nail or hook because the integrated twine loop supports its lightweight wire frame. The main difficulty arises if the piece is placed outdoors without cover; direct sunlight and moisture cause the preserved leaves to fade and deteriorate rapidly.

Preserved Material Limits

Real preserved boxwood retains its colour and shape for multiple seasons only when kept dry and shaded. Exposure to rain, humidity or unfiltered sun will permanently damage the foliage, so the letter cannot be used on unsheltered exterior surfaces.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the preserved boxwood letter is holding up correctly after hanging it?

Check that the dense, glossy leaves keep their vibrant green colour and the wire frame on the back remains rigid with no sagging.

What comes with the 12-inch letter A and what must I supply myself?

The box contains the finished boxwood letter on its wire frame with rustic twine already attached; you only need to provide a hook or nail for hanging.

Should I choose the 12-inch height or a different size for my front door?

Only the 12-inch height is offered for each letter A through Z and the ampersand, so select the letter you need in that single size.
