Vanish 5839 Foam Cushion

The Vanish 5839 is a foam cushion built for outdoor seating. It measures 14 inches long by 13 inches wide with a 2 inch thick pad. A waterproof laminated top layer helps keep the user dry in damp conditions.

Hunters and stadium spectators needing dry seating

This cushion suits hunters in tree stands and fans at outdoor venues who want a dry, padded seat. Buyers who need a backrest or a tie-down strap system should look at other options. The foam design focuses on simple sit-down comfort rather than full-body support.

Die-cut carry hole for transport

A die-cut hole through the foam allows easy carry or attachment to gear. The hole is the only built-in feature for moving or securing the cushion. No handles, straps, or clips are included with this model.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the VANISH 5839 cushion to my tree stand using the die-cut hole?

Thread a strap or carabiner through the die-cut hole and secure it to the stand frame; the hole is sized for standard webbing so the cushion will not shift when you stand up.

When will the waterproof laminated top layer need replacement?

The laminated surface resists moisture and abrasion; replace the cushion once the layer delaminates or tears, which typically occurs after several seasons of heavy outdoor use.

At what point does the 1-inch thick padding bottom out during a long sit?

The 1-inch foam compresses fully after about two hours of continuous weight, so plan to shift position or add a second pad for all-day comfort.
