Vaxcel T0249 Chatham Bronze Coastal Outdoor Wall Light Kit

Chatham Bronze Coastal Wall Light Kit

This outdoor wall light kit from Vaxcel delivers coastal New England styling with a Chatham Bronze finish. It combines a dusk-to-dawn photocell, an adjustable 180-degree motion sensor and a selectable timer for continuous bright illumination of three or six hours. The fixture accepts one 60 watt medium base bulb which is not included.

Check mounting height and wiring before ordering

The unit measures 9.75 inches wide by 17.5 inches high by 11 inches deep and requires a standard junction box. Verify that the mounting location provides a clear field for the motion sensor which detects movement up to 40 feet. Ensure your supply wiring is rated for outdoor use and that the chosen LED bulb is dimmable for full compatibility.

Replaces basic porch lights lacking automation

This kit upgrades a simple fixed-output lantern to a dual-level security fixture that provides ambient light until dawn and bright on-demand output when motion is detected. The jump is worth it for homeowners who want automatic energy saving at night and enhanced perimeter awareness without adding separate sensors or timers.
