Mission-Style Bronze Wall Light

The Vaxcel Hyde T0469 is a bronze-finished outdoor wall fixture with mission-inspired rectangular geometry. It suits homeowners who want coordinated exterior lighting that blends with prairie-style architecture while adding automated security and dusk-to-dawn convenience.

Dual-Level Lighting and Motion Control

A built-in photocell activates the fixture at dusk and deactivates it at dawn, while an adjustable 180-degree motion sensor detects movement up to 40 feet. A selectable timer holds bright output for 0, 3, or 6 hours before dropping to a lower ambient level until morning.

Weather-Resistant Construction and Standard Socket

The bronze housing is designed for permanent outdoor mounting on a wall surface. It accepts one 60-watt medium-base bulb, sold separately, and works with most dimmable LED models. Buyers who need an integrated LED array or a higher-wattage socket will need a different fixture.

Questions about this item

How often will I need to replace the 60-watt medium-base bulb?

Bulb life depends on the specific LED model chosen and how many hours the fixture runs each night; the fitting accepts standard dimmable LEDs rated for enclosed outdoor use.

What stops the motion sensor from triggering continuously on a busy street?

The 180-degree sensor detects movement up to 40 feet; aim it away from traffic and adjust the range dial so only your driveway or path activates the bright mode.

Does the bronze housing get hot enough to burn fingers during the 6-hour bright cycle?

The fixture is designed for outdoor ambient temperatures; the LED bulb runs much cooler than an incandescent, so the housing stays warm but not hazardous during extended operation.
