Ideal placement

The Vaxcel T0568 Medinah is a white outdoor wall light designed for covered porches, entryways and garages. Its clear glass panes and textured frame suit homes wanting classic styling with integrated security features. The fixture combines a motion sensor, dusk-to-dawn photocell and timer in a single unit.

180° motion sensor

A 180 degree sensor detects movement up to 40 feet and activates bright illumination automatically. The dusk-to-dawn photocell powers the light only in darkness, saving energy during daylight hours. An adjustable timer lets you set continuous bright output for up to 6 hours before dimming until dawn.

Quick-set control

Easy-access quick-set controls put sensor range, timer duration and photocell settings at your fingertips without tools. The lantern accepts most dimmable LED bulb models so you can choose the light level you prefer. The top looped handle adds a decorative focal point to the minimalist frame.

Questions about this item

How do I wire the Vaxcel T0568 Medinah to my existing junction box and where do I set the 180-degree sensor angle?

Mount the fixture to a standard outdoor junction box using the supplied bracket, connect black to black, white to white, and ground to ground, then rotate the sensor head left or right until its field covers the desired 180-degree zone before tightening the locking screws.

Which user-replaceable parts will need attention after a few years of outdoor exposure?

The dimmable LED bulb is the only routine replacement; the sealed photocell, motion module, and timer are integrated and not designed for user servicing.

At what distance does the motion detector stop triggering reliably during continuous night-time use?

The adjustable sensor reaches a maximum of 40 feet; beyond that range detection becomes inconsistent, especially in heavy rain or extreme cold.
