Dual-Sided Core Sliders for Home Workouts

The Velocity Exercise Core Sliders are a pair of dual-sided discs designed for core engagement and cardio training. Each slider measures 7 in x 7 in and combines a plastic surface with a foam surface. The unisex, youth-suitable equipment is intended for home gym use and works on multiple floor types.

Surface Compatibility and Movement Limits

The smooth plastic side slides over rugs and carpet while the foam side slides over hardwood, tile and other smooth floors. Friction and glide distance depend on the specific floor finish, dust level and user pressure, so the same slider may feel faster or slower from one room to another.

Check Floor Type and Space Before Ordering

Verify that your primary workout area has at least one of the compatible surfaces listed above. The sliders require enough clear floor space for full-range sliding movements in multiple directions. They are not designed for use on rough concrete, wet surfaces or outdoor terrain.
