Adjustable Balance Board for Rehab

This adjustable balance board replaces traditional wobble boards, cushions and foam pads for injury rehab and prevention. It targets conditions such as plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains and Achilles pain with a structured approach. The birch plywood deck measures 12 in x 5 in x .8 in and carries a black anti-slip surface. A 24 month warranty backs the construction.

Step-by-Step Guide with 80 Configurations

Other boards leave users guessing, but this model includes a professional guide with over 80 exercise configurations. Clear instructions match specific movements to each injury type and strength goal. The upgrade is worth it when a programme is needed instead of trial and error. Wood construction and non-slip pads keep every session stable.

Single-Leg Focus and Space Check

The board is built for single-leg balance work, so buyers who want bilateral or dynamic multi-plane drills should look elsewhere. Verify that a flat 12 by 5 inch footprint fits the intended training area before ordering. The .8 inch profile sits low to the ground for a secure feel. Wood material requires a dry indoor surface.

Questions about this item

What floor space does the 12 in x 5 in x .8 in board need?

The board measures 12 in x 5 in x .8 in, so it fits on any flat surface at least that large — a yoga mat, carpet tile or hardwood floor works.

How do I set up the adjustable balance board and what step is often missed?

Place it on a level, non-slip surface, choose one of the 80+ configurations from the professional guide, and start with both feet before progressing to single-leg work — skipping the two-foot baseline is the common error.

Will the birch plywood deck or black anti-slip pads need replacement?

The birch plywood deck is built for long-term use; the black anti-slip pads may wear after heavy daily sessions and can be replaced with similar adhesive-backed grip tape.
