Core specification

The Velztorm Aciex desktop pairs a 14th Gen Intel Core i9-14900K processor with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card. It ships with 16GB DDR5 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed for immediate use.

Cooling and power

A 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler handles the 24-core processor under load. The system draws power from a 1000W supply unit. Wi-Fi 6 AX200 and Bluetooth 5.2 provide wireless connectivity without extra adapters.

Chassis and connectivity

The black chassis offers six USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, four USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 ports for peripherals. A single DisplayPort output and a headphone/microphone combo jack handle audio and video. No optical drive is included. Buyers who need more storage bays or additional video outputs should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

How is the 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler installed, and what step do people get wrong?

The 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler comes pre-installed by Velztorm technicians; the step people get wrong is forgetting to remove the protective film from the cold-plate before first boot, which blocks heat transfer and causes the i9-14900K to throttle.

What maintenance or replacement will the 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need later?

The sealed 360mm AIO liquid CPU cooler requires no refill; after several years the pump may wear or the coolant may degrade, at which point the entire unit is replaced as a single module.

What limit shows up first on the i9-14900K under sustained all-core loads?

The i9-14900K hits its 1000W power-supply ceiling and the 360mm AIO thermal capacity before reaching its 6.0GHz turbo, so sustained clocks settle lower than the single-core maximum.
