Velztorm Aciex 14th Gen Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Aciex is a pre-built gaming desktop powered by a 14th Gen Intel Core i9-14900K processor with 24 cores and 32 threads. It includes an NVIDIA RTX 3070 graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory, 16GB of DDR5 RAM, and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The system ships with Windows 11 Home and a 1000W power supply.

Suited for high-refresh 1440p gaming

This desktop suits players who want strong 1440p frame rates and creators who need 24 cores for rendering or streaming. Buyers who want more storage capacity or a newer GPU architecture should look at other configurations. The 16GB memory ceiling also limits heavy virtualisation or 4K texture workloads.

14th Gen Intel Core i9-14900K 24-core processor

The i9-14900K delivers 24 cores and 32 threads with a max turbo of 6.0GHz and 36MB cache. This CPU decides whether the system handles heavy compile jobs, simultaneous streams, and CPU-bound game scenes. If your workload needs more cores or a different platform, this is not the right part.

Questions about this item

Which configuration should I pick for the Velztorm Aciex with the i9-14900K and RTX 3070?

This model ships as a single 16GB DDR5 4800MHz and 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD build; there are no alternative memory or storage options listed for this SKU.

What does the 6.0GHz boost clock on the i9-14900K mean once the PC is running games?

The 24-core 14900K can hit 6.0GHz on its 8 performance cores under light-threaded loads, while the 360mm AIO liquid cooler and 1000W supply sustain higher all-core frequencies during extended sessions.

What does the PCIe 4.0 x16 link on the RTX 3070 cap in practice?

The RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 runs at PCIe 4.0 x16 bandwidth, so the card is limited by its own 8GB frame buffer and 4.0 lane speed rather than the platform interface.
