10th Gen i7-10700F Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Argentux is a white desktop built around an Intel Core i7-10700F 8-core processor reaching 4.8 GHz and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card with 8GB GDDR6 memory. It includes 16GB DDR4 RAM and a 360mm AIO liquid cooler. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed for immediate use.

PCIe 4.0 GPU and Connectivity Limits

The graphics card uses a PCIe 4.0 interface for high bandwidth to the CPU. Wireless connectivity relies on 802.11ac Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.1, while wired networking uses a standard RJ-45 Ethernet port. Video output is provided by a single HDMI port on the graphics card.

2TB NVMe Storage and 750W Power Headroom

Dual 1TB PCIe NVMe SSDs combine for 2TB of fast solid-state capacity, suitable for a large game library and applications. The 750W power supply delivers stable energy for the current CPU and GPU combination. Memory slots support DDR4 upgrades up to 128GB for future expansion needs.

Questions about this item

Which RAM and storage combination should I choose for 1440p gaming?

16 GB DDR4 and the 2 TB NVMe array handle current titles at 1440p well; 32 GB DDR4 adds headroom for streaming or heavy mods while the 2 TB capacity still holds a large library.

What does the 4.8 GHz boost clock on the i7-10700F mean once the system is built?

The 8-core processor reaches 4.8 GHz on lightly threaded loads, keeping frame rates high in CPU-bound scenes while the 360 mm AIO keeps thermals in check during extended sessions.

How does the PCIe 4.0 interface on the RTX 3060 Ti affect real-world throughput?

The graphics card runs at PCIe 4.0 x8, delivering full GPU bandwidth for 8 GB GDDR6 textures and allowing the NVMe drives to operate at their rated speeds without sharing lanes.
