Built for high-frame-rate gaming

The Velztorm Armix desktop pairs a twelve-core Ryzen 9 7900X processor with a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card carrying 16GB of GDDR6 memory. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR5 system memory and a 1TB NVMe SSD complete a platform aimed at enthusiasts who want strong 1440p and entry 4K performance in a single pre-built chassis.

Thermals and power

A 240mm AIO liquid cooler handles the CPU while RGB fans move air through the case. The 1000W power supply feeds the graphics card and processor without headroom concerns during typical gaming sessions. WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 add wireless connectivity without extra adapters.

The deciding specification

The Radeon RX 6900 XT with 16GB GDDR6 determines whether this system fits the buyer's resolution and refresh-rate targets. Builders who need more video memory for heavy compute workloads or higher-resolution textures will need a different graphics configuration.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 240mm AIO liquid cooler and what step is often missed?

Mount the radiator with tubes at the bottom, attach the pump block to the Ryzen 9 7900X using the AM5 bracket, then connect the pump header and RGB cable to the motherboard — the step most builders forget is plugging in the pump power cable.

Which component will need replacement first during the life of this Armix desktop?

The 240mm AIO liquid cooler pump typically wears out before the Radeon RX 6900 XT or the 16GB DDR5 memory, so plan to swap the cooler after several years of heavy use.

What thermal limit appears first when the Ryzen 9 7900X runs at 5.6GHz boost under sustained load?

The 240mm AIO reaches its heat‑dissipation ceiling, causing the CPU to throttle from 5.6GHz toward its 4.7GHz base clock once coolant temperature saturates.
