Armix desktop with Ryzen 9 7900X

The Velztorm Armix is a pre-built gaming desktop built around a 12-core Ryzen 9 7900X processor and a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It ships with 16GB of DDR5 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. Windows 11 Pro is installed and the system includes WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.

Thermals noise and power

A 240mm AIO liquid cooler handles the CPU while RGB fans move air through the chassis. The 1000W power supply delivers headroom for the GPU and other components under typical gaming loads. Wireless and wired network options are both present for flexible placement.

Sustained load behaviour

The liquid cooling loop and high-wattage power supply are designed to maintain stable clocks during extended sessions. The RTX 3070 with 8GB GDDR6 and the 12-core CPU target consistent frame rates in modern titles. Storage and memory capacities are fixed at 1TB and 16GB respectively.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler and what step is often missed?

Mount the radiator with tubes at the bottom or side, connect the pump header to the CPU_FAN connector, then plug the RGB and fan cables into the motherboard headers; the step often missed is removing the protective film from the cold-plate before seating it on the Ryzen 9 7900X.

What maintenance will the 240mm AIO liquid CPU cooler need later?

Dust the radiator fins and RGB fans every few months; the sealed loop requires no coolant top-up, but if pump noise appears after several years the whole AIO unit must be replaced.

What limit appears first during sustained loads on the RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6?

The 8GB GDDR6 frame buffer fills before the GPU core hits its thermal ceiling, so texture-heavy 4K workloads will throttle frame rates first.
