Velztorm Erebix Desktop

The Velztorm Erebix is a pre-built gaming desktop featuring an AMD Ryzen 3 3100 quad-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It ships with 32GB of DDR4 memory, a 512GB PCIe NVMe SSD and a 750W power supply in a black chassis.

Buyers seeking 4-core performance

This system suits gamers who want a ready-to-play rig with 8GB GDDR6 VRAM and 32GB DDR4 RAM out of the box. Buyers who need more internal storage than 512GB or who require faster wireless than 802.11n should look at other configurations.

RTX 3070 with 8GB GDDR6 VRAM

The graphics card delivers 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface with DirectX 12 and G-SYNC support. This VR-ready GPU is the component that determines whether the desktop meets your target resolution and frame-rate goals.

Questions about this item

What are the case dimensions for the Velztorm Erebix desktop?

The chassis measures 8.75 inches wide by 16 inches deep by 17.5 inches high and weighs 20.9lb, so verify your desk or shelf clearance before ordering.

Which power cables must be connected to the GeForce RTX 3070 during assembly?

The graphics card requires two 8-pin PCIe power connectors from the 750W supply; the common mistake is seating only one, which prevents the GPU from posting.

When should the air-cooled CPU cooler be cleaned or the thermal paste refreshed?

Dust the heatsink fins and intake filters every 6 to 12 months; plan to replace the thermal compound on the Ryzen 3 3100 after roughly two to three years of heavy use.
