Ready for 1440p gaming and multitasking

This desktop pairs an AMD Ryzen 3 3100 quad-core processor with a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. The 64GB DDR4 memory and 4TB PCIe NVMe SSD give ample room for large game libraries and creative projects. Windows 10 Pro is pre-installed.

Air-cooled chassis with front USB-C

A black tower houses a 750W power supply and an air CPU cooler. The front panel provides two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports, one USB 3.2 Type-C Gen1 port, four USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, and separate headphone and microphone jacks. Networking uses 802.11n Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet.

GPU limited to PCIe 4.0 x8 bandwidth

The RTX 3070 operates on a PCIe 4.0 interface with eight lanes, which can restrict peak throughput in heavy compute workloads. The four-core CPU may become a bottleneck in titles that favour high single-thread performance. Buyers needing more than four cores or PCIe 4.0 x16 bandwidth should consider other platforms.

Questions about this item

What PCIe standard does the RTX 3070 use, and what throughput does that cap the card at?

The GeForce RTX 3070 runs on a PCIe 4.0 x16 link, capping its bus bandwidth at the 4.0 generation ceiling.

What are the chassis dimensions and weight so I can check desk fit?

The case measures 8.75 IN wide by 16 IN deep by 17.5 IN high and weighs 20.9 lb.

How is the 4TB PCIe SSD installed, and which step do builders often miss?

The drive is pre-installed in an M.2 slot; the step people miss is confirming the motherboard BIOS recognises the NVMe device before booting Windows.
