Velztorm Erebix Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Erebix is a pre-built gaming desktop featuring a 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen 3 3100 quad-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3070 graphics card. It ships with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD running Windows 11 Home. A 750W power supply and air cooling support the components in a black chassis.

Suits 1080p and 1440p gaming.

This system targets players who want high frame rates at 1080p or 1440p resolution with a modern GPU. The four-core CPU handles current games well but limits performance in video editing, 3D rendering or streaming scenarios that demand more threads. Buyers needing eight or more cores for production work should consider a different configuration.

GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6 graphics card

The installed RTX 3070 provides 8GB of GDDR6 memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface with DirectX 12 and G-SYNC support. This GPU determines the gaming capability of the build and enables VR-ready performance. Verify that your monitor connection and resolution expectations match this card before purchase.

Questions about this item

Should I pick the 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD or look for a larger drive?

The 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD provides fast boot and game load times; if you store many large titles or media libraries, consider adding a secondary drive later.

What does the Ryzen 3 3100 at 3.60GHz up to 3.9GHz deliver in actual gaming?

The 4-core, 8-thread processor handles modern games well when paired with the RTX 3070, though CPU-heavy titles may show lower frame rates than higher-core chips.

Will the USB 3.2 Gen1 and Type-C Gen1 ports limit my external SSD speed?

Both ports run at 5Gbps, so NVMe-based external drives will be capped well below their internal PCIe 4.0 potential.
