Core configuration

The Velztorm Ferrux II is a new gaming desktop built around an Intel Core i9-11900K eight-core processor and a GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card. It ships with 64GB of DDR4 memory and a 2TB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive. A 240mm liquid cooler and a 750W power supply complete the core platform.

Ideal buyer and limits

This system suits players who want strong single-thread speed and 1440p gaming performance in a ready-to-use Windows 11 Home machine. Buyers who need more graphics memory for heavy 4K textures or professional GPU compute workloads should consider a different configuration.

Deciding specification

The eight-gigabyte GDDR6 frame buffer on the RTX 3060 Ti defines the resolution and texture quality ceiling for modern titles. If your workflow demands a larger VRAM allocation, this desktop will not meet that requirement.

Questions about this item

How do I verify the i9-11900K is hitting its 5.3 GHz boost clock after setup?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab or run Cinebench and watch the CPU frequency reach 5.3 GHz on active cores while temperatures stay controlled by the 240mm AIO liquid cooler.

What ships inside the Ferrux II chassis and what must I provide myself?

The box contains the assembled desktop with i9-11900K, RTX 3060 Ti 8GB, 64GB DDR4, 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD, 750W PSU, Wi-Fi 6 AX200, Bluetooth 5.1, Windows 11 Home, RGB 240mm AIO, and RGB fans; you must supply a monitor, keyboard, and mouse.

Which configuration choice matters most between the listed specs for this model?

This VELZ0071 is a single fixed build — 11th Gen i9-11900K 8-core, RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6, 64GB DDR4, and 2TB PCIe NVMe — so there are no alternate versions or capacities to select.
