12th Gen Intel Core i9 Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Ferrux II pairs a 16-core Intel Core i9-12900K processor with a Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Home installed and includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 connectivity. This system targets enthusiasts who want high frame rates in modern titles without building a custom rig.

32GB DDR4 Memory and 2TB PCIe SSD

The 32 GB DDR4 capacity handles current games and multitasking workloads with headroom for background applications and streaming software. The 2 TB PCIe SSD provides fast load times for a large library, though users capturing hours of uncompressed 4K footage will eventually require secondary storage.

PCIe 5.0 GPU Interface and 2.5Gbps Ethernet

The graphics card uses a PCIe 5.0 x16 link, so bandwidth scales with compatible motherboards but remains fully functional on earlier PCIe generations. The single RJ-45 port delivers up to 2.5 Gbps wired throughput, which saturates on networks limited to 1 Gbps infrastructure.

Questions about this item

Will the i9-12900K and Radeon RX 9070 XT work with my existing DDR4 memory?

This system includes 32GB DDR4 DIMM memory. The board uses DDR4 slots so your existing DDR4 modules will fit, but matching speed and timings is recommended for stability.

How can I verify the Radeon RX 9070 XT is running at its 2.97GHz boost clock and 640 GB/sec bandwidth after setup?

Open AMD Radeon Software and check the performance metrics overlay while gaming; it reports real-time GPU clock and memory throughput.

Does the box include a monitor, and which cables do I need to buy separately for the DisplayPort and USB 3.2 Type-C ports?

No monitor is included. The PC ships with Windows 11 Home, 750W PSU, 240mm AIO, RGB fans, Wi-Fi 6 AX200, Bluetooth 5.1 and RJ-45. You supply the display cable and any USB-C peripherals.
