Frosty Dragon Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Frosty Dragon is a new gaming desktop built around a 4th Gen AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-core processor and a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti dedicated graphics card. It ships with Windows 11 Home 64-bit installed and is VR ready for immersive headset experiences. The system targets players who want a pre-assembled rig with high single-thread speed and modern GPU features.

Build Integration Requirements

The chassis measures 10.6 IN by 16.5 IN by 14.9 IN and weighs 29.8lb, so the desk or floor space must accommodate that footprint. An 850W power supply is already fitted, removing the need to source a separate unit. Connectivity includes 802.11a/b/g/n/ac WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 and an RJ-45 port, while a monitor must be supplied separately.

Included Extras and Software Impact

A 240mm AIO liquid cooler with blue RGB lighting handles CPU thermals and adds internal illumination. The 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD provides the primary storage volume with no mechanical drive fitted. Front and rear I/O offer two USB 3.0 Type-A, two USB 2.0, HDMI, one DisplayPort, USB 3.1 Type-C, USB 3.2 Type-C and a combo audio jack for peripherals.

Questions about this item

At what point does the Ryzen 7 5700X hit its thermal ceiling during long gaming sessions?

The 8-core processor runs at a 3.40 GHz base and can boost to 4.6 GHz; the 240 mm AIO liquid cooler is designed to keep temperatures in check under sustained load.

How loud and hot does the system get when the RTX 5070 Ti runs at full tilt all day?

The 850 W power supply feeds the GPU and CPU, while the 240 mm AIO and RGB fans move heat out of the 10.6 x 16.5 x 14.9 in chassis.

Which display cable and monitor port do I need ready to use the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti?

The graphics card provides one HDMI and one DisplayPort output, so have a compatible monitor and the matching cable on hand.
