Velztorm Gemmix Gaming Desktop

The Velztorm Gemmix is a pre-built gaming desktop built around an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-core processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB GDDR6 memory. It ships with 64GB DDR4 memory and a 2TB RAID 0 array formed from two 1TB PCIe NVMe SSDs. Windows 11 Home is installed and a 750W power supply drives the system.

Compatibility Check Before Ordering

Verify that your display provides an HDMI or DisplayPort input to match the graphics card outputs. Confirm your network environment supports 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi or wired Ethernet via the RJ-45 port. Ensure you have space for a chassis measuring 10.7 by 16.5 inches and can accommodate a 32.4 lb tower. No optical drive is fitted.

Suits High-Refresh Gaming And Multitasking

This configuration suits players targeting high frame rates at 1440p or 4K and creators who need 64GB DDR4 for heavy multitasking. Buyers who want more storage than the 2TB RAID 0 array provides should consider a different system. Users requiring a newer Wi-Fi standard or additional USB 3.2 ports may prefer another platform.

Questions about this item

Does the Velztorm Gemmix arrive with a monitor, keyboard or mouse, or do I need to buy them separately?

The desktop ships without a monitor, keyboard or mouse; you will need to supply your own display and input devices.

How do I choose between the two 1 TB PCIe SSDs in RAID 0 and a single larger drive?

The two 1 TB drives are already configured as a single 2 TB RAID 0 volume, so there is no separate capacity option to select.

What does the Radeon RX 6900 XT with 16 GB GDDR6 deliver for 1440p gaming?

The 16 GB GDDR6 card supports DirectX 12 Ultimate and AMD FreeSync, giving high frame rates and smooth visuals at 1440p in modern titles.
