Ryzen 7 5700X desktop

The Velztorm Gemmix is a pre-built gaming desktop built around an 8-core AMD Ryzen 7 5700X processor and a Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card with 16GB GDDR6. It ships with Windows 11 Pro, 16GB DDR4 memory, and a 750W power supply driving a 240mm AIO liquid cooler.

RAID 0 storage upgrade

Two 1TB PCIe NVMe SSDs are configured in RAID 0, presenting 2TB of contiguous space for faster sequential throughput than a single drive. The jump is worth it when large game installs or media libraries benefit from combined read speed and a single volume.

1440p and 4K gaming focus

This system suits players targeting high refresh rates at 1440p or entry 4K with AMD FreeSync and Radeon Anti-Lag support. Buyers who want more storage than 2TB, ECC memory, or a smaller chassis should look at other configurations.

Questions about this item

What case clearance does the 240 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler require?

The 240 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler fits inside the desktop chassis measuring 10.7 in wide, 16.5 in deep, and 32.4 lb; verify your space matches these dimensions.

How is the Radeon RX 6900 XT graphics card installed, and what step is often missed?

The RX 6900 XT is pre-installed in the PCIe slot; connect the monitor to the card's HDMI or DisplayPort, not the motherboard, or the discrete GPU will not drive the display.

When should the 16 GB DDR4 memory be upgraded?

Upgrade the 16 GB DDR4 DIMM when multitasking or newer titles exceed the installed capacity; the system uses DDR4, so only DDR4 modules are compatible.
