Built for heavy multitasking and 1440p gaming

This Velztorm Lux desktop pairs a 16-core Ryzen 9 5950X with an RTX 3070 graphics card and 64 GB of DDR4 memory. The 2 TB NVMe SSD provides fast storage for large project files and game libraries. It targets creators and gamers who need high core counts and strong single-thread speed in a single white chassis.

Thermals handled by a 360 mm AIO liquid cooler

The CPU cooler keeps the 5950X stable under sustained all-core loads while RGB fans move air through the case. A 1000 W power supply delivers clean power to the GPU and platform with headroom for peak draw. Noise stays low during typical gaming sessions because the liquid loop and fan curves prioritise acoustic comfort.

Steps up from mid-range 6-core or 8-core systems

Builders moving from a Ryzen 5 or Ryzen 7 platform gain double the threads for rendering, streaming and compile workloads. The RTX 3070 replaces older 6 GB or 8 GB cards that struggle at 1440p ultra settings. The upgrade makes sense when workloads regularly saturate 12 threads or when VRAM limits appear in current titles.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 360 mm AIO liquid CPU cooler and what step is often missed?

Mount the radiator so the tubes enter at the bottom or side, not the top, to keep air bubbles out of the pump.

Which component will need replacement first and what should I buy?

The 1000 W power supply is the likeliest part to age; replace it with another 1000 W unit when voltages drift.

What thermal limit appears first during long gaming sessions?

The Ryzen 9 5950X hits its 4.9 GHz boost ceiling and throttles once the 360 mm AIO saturates.
