Compact Powerhouse for Creators and Gamers

The Velztorm Mini Lux packs a 16-core Ryzen 9 5950X and GeForce RTX 3050 into a small white chassis. It targets users who need strong multi-threaded CPU performance for rendering or streaming alongside 1080p gaming capability. Windows 10 Home ships pre-installed on the 1TB SATA SSD.

SFF Build with AIO Cooling and Broad I/O

A 240mm liquid cooler handles the 5950X thermals inside the compact frame, supported by a 750W supply. The rear panel offers HDMI, DisplayPort, two USB 3.2 Type-C ports (Gen1 and Gen2), two USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A, two USB 3.0 Type-A, four USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11n Wi-Fi and a combo audio jack. No optical drive is fitted.

Thermals and Power in Daily Use

The AIO loop keeps the 16-core processor at stable clocks during extended workloads, while the RTX 3050's WINDFORCE 3X cooler manages the GPU. Idle noise stays low thanks to semi-passive fan curves on both coolers. Under combined CPU and GPU load the 750W unit delivers ample headroom without hitting its protection limits.

Questions about this item

What does the USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port cap at in practice?

The USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port runs at up to 10 Gbps, limited by the connected device and cable quality.

What space does the 240 mm AIO liquid cooler require inside the SFF chassis?

The 240 mm radiator mounts to two fan positions in the SFF case; verify the chassis has matching mounting holes and clearance for the pump block.

How is the 1 TB SATA SSD installed, and what step is often missed?

The SSD connects via a SATA data cable to the motherboard and a SATA power cable from the 750 W supply; the step often missed is securing the drive in the mount so vibration does not loosen the cables.
