Mini Lux SFF desktop

The Velztorm Mini Lux is a small form factor gaming desktop finished in white. It ships with Windows 10 Pro installed and a 750 W power supply. A 240 mm AIO liquid cooler with RGB lighting handles the processor thermals.

Suits high-core workloads.

The 16-core Ryzen 9 5950X targets creators and multitaskers who need many threads. The single 1 TB SATA SSD limits total capacity, so buyers who want more storage should look elsewhere. The GeForce RTX 3050 covers 1080p gaming and light GPU compute.

16-core Ryzen 9 5950X processor

The CPU delivers 16 cores and 32 threads with a 64 MB L3 cache and boost clocks up to 4.9 GHz. This core count is the decisive factor for rendering, compilation and heavy multitasking workloads.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the Ryzen 9 5950X is reaching its 4.9 GHz boost after setup?

Open Task Manager's Performance tab or a hardware monitor and run a heavy single-thread load; the CPU frequency should climb to 4.9 GHz on at least one core.

What ships inside the Velztorm Mini Lux box and what must I provide?

The SFF chassis with 750W supply, 240mm AIO liquid cooler, Ryzen 9 5950X, 16GB DDR4, RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6, 1TB SATA SSD, Windows 10 Pro, Wi-Fi and wired LAN; you add a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Should I choose the 1TB SATA SSD or a larger capacity for this Mini Lux build?

The listed configuration includes a single 1TB SATA SSD; if you need more space you can add another SATA drive internally or use the USB 3.2 Type-C Gen2 port for fast external storage.
