Compact 16-core desktop

The Velztorm Mini Lux packs a 16-core Ryzen 9 5950X processor and 64GB of DDR4 memory into a white small-form-factor chassis. It targets creators and power users who need high thread counts without a full-size tower. The 2TB PCIe NVMe SSD provides fast storage for active projects. Windows 10 Home is pre-installed.

GPU VRAM capacity

The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti carries 8GB of GDDR6 video memory on a PCIe 4.0 interface. That frame-buffer size is the single figure that determines whether the card can hold high-resolution textures and multiple displays for your workload. Buyers who need more VRAM for 4K gaming or large GPU compute datasets should look elsewhere. The GPU also supports G-SYNC and DirectX 12.

Sustained thermal behaviour

A 240mm AIO liquid cooler handles the 16-core CPU while a 750W power supply feeds the entire system. The small-form-factor layout limits total airflow compared with larger cases, so prolonged all-core loads will settle at higher steady-state temperatures than in a spacious chassis. RGB lighting on the cooler adds visual flair without affecting thermals. The 802.11n Wi-Fi and wired Ethernet keep network latency stable during long sessions.

Questions about this item

How does the 16-core 5950X perform inside a small-form-factor chassis with a 240 mm AIO cooler?

The 5950X runs at 3.40 GHz base and can boost to 4.9 GHz across its 16 cores and 32 threads; the 240 mm liquid cooler and 750 W supply are sized to keep those clocks stable in the compact white case.

What does the RTX 3060 Ti's PCIe 4.0 x16 link and 8 GB GDDR6 mean for frame rates at 1440p?

The card connects via a full PCIe 4.0 slot and carries 8 GB of GDDR6, giving enough bandwidth and VRAM for high-refresh 1440p gaming with G-SYNC and DirectX 12 support.

Will the 10.5-inch wide SFF case fit on my desk and accept standard ATX power cables?

The chassis measures 10.5 inches wide, weighs 30 lb, and uses a standard 750 W ATX supply with a regular IEC power cord, so it sits on any desk and plugs into any wall outlet.
